The Tin Tavern started with two long-time Montana bartenders who had a vision to create a mobile bar experience that you and your guests will never forget. With over 30 years of combined experience between the founding duo and even more with our carefully selected event bar tenders, your guests will be swooning over our unique cocktails and charismatic staff. The Tin Tavern will travel to your event to provide exceptional bartending services, a curated cocktail menu, and the perfect bar experience for your special day!
The Tin Tavern offers the convenience of multiple packages and ala carte options that can be tailored to any event size and type. Our cost structure is flexible, dependent on number of guests, distance traveled, and any bar add-ons that you choose. You never pay for anything you don’t need and you can customize our services to ensure your event is exactly what you need to make your special day perfect!
Bar Pricing & Packages
All bar packages include:
Consultation & menu planning
Flexible Services with a la carte additions
Licensed bartender(s)
General liability insurance
Event Insurance, Liquor and Liquor Insurance required by Client
Bar set up and clean up
Bar equipment, mixers, and ice
Water station
Travel within 75 miles at no charge (will travel farther with additional charge)
Eco-friendly cups, straws, and napkins
6 hours of service (additional hours can be added)
Flower garnishes for cocktails
Our cocktails are as delicious and elegant as they are beautiful! We have an extensive list of cocktails to choose from and are always willing to accommodate the tastes your guests will enjoy the most, to make a bespoke and handcrafted experience for your special day.
Each cocktail is crafted using the finest, fresh ingredients, including:
Fresh and hand-squeezed fruit juices
Handmade simple syrups and proprietary Tin Tavern Luxardo cherries
Organically grown, locally sourced edible flower garnishes
Organic dried fruit garnishes
