Our Offerings

The Tin Tavern offers the convenience of multiple packages and ala carte options that can be tailored to any event size and type.

Our cost structure is flexible, dependent on number of guests, distance traveled, and any bar add-ons that you choose.

You never pay for anything you don’t need and you can customize our services to ensure your event is exactly what you need to make your special day perfect!

All Packages Include:

  • General liability and liquor liability insurance

  • Edible flower, dried fruit, and herb garnishes

  • Travel within 75 miles

  • Licensed and experienced bartenders

  • Fruit infused water station

  • Bar set up and clean up

  • Eco-friendly cups, straws, and napkins

  • 6 hours of service (additional hours may be added)

  • Consultation and menu planning

  • Fresh squeezed juices and custom syrups for mixers

Packages

    • 1 bartender per 50 guests

    • Basic Mixers Provided (i.e., Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Tonic, and Soda water)

    • Bartenders will also pour beer and wine at bar

      ***Additional cost for tableside wine service and glassware

    • 1-2 bartenders per 100 guests

    • Choice of 1 signature cocktail (additional cocktails available for extra charge, per guest)

    • Bartenders will also pour beer and wine

    • Package includes everything in the previous packages plus services listed below.

    • 3 bartenders per 100 guests

    • 2 signature cocktails, (additional cocktails available for additional charge, per guest)

    • Bar stocked for 4 classic cocktails (i.e., old fashion, martini, margarita, etc.)

    • Basic mixers included (tonic, coke, club soda, etc.)

    • Package includes everything in the previous packages plus services listed below

    • 3-4 bartenders per 100 guests

    • 1 cocktail server and 1 barback per 100 guests

    • Service for unlimited spirits (full bar)

    • 3 signature cocktails

    • Passed cocktails

    • Table side wine service

    • Non-alcoholic beverages and sodas

    • Champagne toast, wall, or tower

    • Signature Cocktail Tasting

    • Package includes everything in the previous packages plus services listed below.

    • 4 bartenders per 100 guests, cocktail servers and bar-backs

    • 4 signature cocktails

    • Unlimited spirits selection (full bar service)

    • Signature cocktail tasting

    • Package includes everything in the previous packages plus services listed below.

    • 10 hours of service time

    • 5 bartenders per 100 guests, cocktail servers and barbacks

    • 5 signature cocktails

    • Unlimited spirits selection (full bar service)

    • Bespoke cocktail experience: whiskey tasting lounge, after party self-service bar or other personalized VIP experience

Bar add-ons

  • Want more variety? We can add additional signature cocktails from our menu to please your guests!

  • We will come to your home or location of your choosing to present the cocktails that you would like to try for your special day!

    This is included in the Summit Soiree and above, but we are happy to add this service if it is not already included in your package of choice.

  • Our bartenders are more than happy to assist with passing out bubbles for toasting!

  • Wood bar placed upon two wine barrels

  • We can provide and set up fresh squeezed juices for a self-serve mimosa bar or all the fixings for a bloody mary bar.

  • If you vision a more formal event, we can provide contemporary glassware that will elevate your sipping experience.

  • Vintage camper turned bar. Two "bars" and fits up to 3 bartenders

  • Rustic/western/boho horse trailer turned bar. Includes two taps for kegs. Fits up to 2 bartenders.
